In the late Spring of 2024, an established Cybersecurity Firm hired The Heather A. Kollar Agency (HAKA). We helped them move from a portfolio of government contracts into the private sector. They had huge dreams of working with Registered Investment Advisors, Attorneys and Certified Public Accountants - what we love to call the magical trusted trio.

The Challenge

Initially, we discovered the company and owner grew and maintained a massive network. But there was a huge elephant in the room. Nearly none of their relationships were with people in their ideal target audiences. And they had thousands of connections.

When we asked why their dream clients would need and want to work with them, the answer wasn't clear. But the President insisted. So the journey began to provide them with our Business Marketing and Consulting services.

The Strategy

During the first two months, we conducted market research and refined their ideal client.

Once we identified "who", we located them and built out detailed lists, including contact information.

Then we crafted stories around why now was the time and not later, or never. We gathered existing marketing collateral, planned for speaking engagements and created new content. The result was a lively and robust mix that skyrocketed the cybersecurity firm's engagement and analytics via a multi-channel approach.

Numerous podcasts and industry conferences invited the President to be a guest speaker. He is now a sought after speaker at events targeting his dream clientele.
